Kobe beef in Kobe

Kobe was really pretty with a big waterfront. It's the 5th biggest city in Japan! We finally found his moms house after a couple of hours (she lived there 50 years ago and hasn't been back) so she gave us what directions she remembered. It ended up being only a 10 min walk from the train station but we got lost for a very long time. They write their addresses completely different than ours. We knew she used to walk to elementary school so every school we passed we got a picture with Andy in front of it to show her just incase. We looked like pedophiles. It was an adventure of looking very out of place walking through Japanese neighborhoods. Everyone who helped us find it was extremely helpful and 2 people went out of their way to chase us down after we were a block away to point us in the right direction. We went to a lunch spot where they had really good Kobe beef and Andy loved it. Definitely going to miss the food here!
